RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, Full Amount will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.



REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Please Note

          A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of 3000.



Additional Clause:

          1. This refund policy (“Policy”) governs the return and refund of products purchased through the Seaina home improvement marketplace website (“Website”). By using the Website and its services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

          2. Product Returns All products purchased through the Website are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact form provided on the Website. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that all returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

          3. Service Work Service work performed through the Website is not refundable. However, contractors agree to provide a 30-day warranty on all service work performed. If there are any issues with the service work within the 30-day warranty period, please contact our customer service team through the contact form provided on the Website to initiate a warranty claim.

          4. Shipping and Handling You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for any returned products.

          5. Refunds Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process a refund within a reasonable time. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

          6. Governing Law This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy or the return and refund of products purchased through the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States.
