Additional costs include:

  • Processing fees for payments: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
  • Advanced Plan commissions: 15% per booked project (split as 5% for the referring customer and 10% for Seaina’s campaign management fee).

Product sales commission: 15% for items sold via the marketplace.

No! Seaina does not take any percentage from your online bookings. You keep all the money you earn from customers you acquire through the platform. Additionally, there are no fees for the bookings you receive.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason—no questions asked, and no fee.

No. There are no hidden fees. However, for payments processed through the platform, a credit card processing fee via Stripe applies (2.9% + C$0.30 per transaction).

For your own clients: No commissions are charged for bookings made by your existing or self-marketed clients.
