Watermain & Sewer Line Replacement & Repair in Toronto

Very happy with the service. A bit on the expensive side; however, I think it’s fair given how quickly they were able to provide the service (some cheaper providers had a wait time of a few days). One billing issue which they promptly corrected. Attached are before and after photos for a sump pump replacement. Related - the City of Toronto offers a rebate for up to 80% off sum pump installations or replacements!

We had a water main with tree roots growing into it, which caused a breakage and flooding in our basement. Indra Khadka from Everest did an amazing job, repairing and refinishing the floor so we could install new carpet, over the Christmas season. I have used Indra before for shower and toilets installation. Excellent guy and hard worker.

I just had Everest Drain and Plumbing out to unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathroom faucet, and Nimesh was the technician who worked on my house. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He told me what he was doing in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way, which gave me confidence in his work. Not only did he fix the problems in a timely way, but he also checked everything twice to make sure everything was working perfectly before he departed. I value his attention to detail and excellent customer service so much. I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them again. If you need a reliable plumber, Everest Drain and Plumbing is the way to go!

I was taken advantage of. Seems to be a very good company that allows jobs to be done on side for inflated prices. We called Everest , our basement was flooded. i was quoted 12thousand which in time was reduced to 9.5 thousand. I payed 7.5 thousand before realizing i was being over charged . When I asked for a receipt I was provided with an inflated receipt to justify charging me so much. Where there was one hole they said there was 3. They said they had to cut though concrete in the basement and then cover it up - there was no hole made in my basement . They said they dug from the sidewalk to the inside of my house - 1/3 of that approx 10 feet is owned by the city and they did not dig on. They said they had to use a torpedo to break though the space - this is not a rarity when doing this job They said it was a difficult job. So I assume the price was inflated by at least 4 thousand. You will see a similar review below written one month ago. Please check.

A big appreciation to technician Nimesh and Everest for helping me out on this stormy day. Called Everest early in the morning for my water heater issue and got service the same day, literally within an hour. I hadn’t expected such fast service. Nimesh was hardworking and repaired my water heater on-site; the upfront price was affordable and in budget for me on this snowy day.
