Raymond, Max and the entire team are all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, very prompt and attentive to all issues even in an emergency situation! They even take the time to educate us on the issues at hand! They have resolved issues for me in the past ranging from sewer back-ups to a clogged kitchen sink to installing new hot water tanks. There are lots of plumbers in Toronto. I have a hired a few over the years and I have always been disappointed. Not this time. Happily, I chose the one, the only, Raymond and True Service Plumbing. The hot water tank cracked. I called Raymond after checking his reviews on Google and elsewhere. I hired him. And Raymond and his crew did not disappoint. On time. On budget. No mess. No up sell. Just prompt, professional service and a great guy, to boot. The crew removed the old water tank and replaced it with a new, and top-notch water tank. When he was done, I asked Raymond if he could kindly fix a faulty kitchen faucet. He did. No charge. He even came back to the house a few days later to see if could repair a spray faucet. Again, no charge. What other plumber would do that in Toronto without charging hundreds of dollars. No one. So, Raymond and True Service Plumbing are on my phone and on speed dial if I need any plumbing issues resolved. You don't need to look for or take a chance on another plumbing contractor. We had an issue with pinhole leaks in our 40 year old copper pipes. Raymond Wong promptly scheduled a visit with technician Nico, who provided a quote and started the repair the next day. Nico and Mohamed fixed the issue for a very fair price. They were efficient, friendly and cleaned up after the job. Unfortunately, a leak from an old soldered joint started shortly after the work was done. Although this was not the fault of the team, they came back within half an hour and promptly resolved the other leak for a fair price. Special shoutout to the owner, Raymond Wong, who is very respectful, professional and most of all, reliable and reasonable. We don't say this often but look no further for great plumbing contractor! Well done guys!
