2 weeks agoI had a water leak in the basement of my house on the weekend in the evening. I ended up calling many plumbers who had advertised on their websites for 24/7 services. However, all of them told me that they will be able to come only in the morning the following day. Luckily I phoned Black Forest Plumbing and their technician came within 2 hours, inspected the leak and within 15 minutes was able to locate the leak. His name is Isaac. Very polite and gave me the solution so that I could resolve it myself. The charge was nominal. Excellent work and suggestion! I will remember this company next time when I need some repair or advice. Thank you!

3 weeks agoWe were having power surges on a weekend. We called Black Forest Plumbing and Gabriel was here within a few hours. Gabriel worked until he found the issue. Due to the weekend he did not have everything he needed to fix our issues. Sunday morning Chris showed up with a generator for us, he got it up and running. Gabriel and Justin were here first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend Black Forest Plumping their service was exceptional.

I also unexpectedly brought up another job I wanted doing that he wasn't scheduled for, and he was able to take care of it on the spot. He and Black Forest are highly recommended.

a month agoContacted Black Forest for a plumbing leak. Easy to make an appointment, quick response and great communication on ETA. Cameron was friendly and very professional. He fixed the problem, did an excellent job and left our space clean. Even estimated a couple of other plumbing jobs while here. Definitely recommend this company, we will use them again.
