in the last weekmy experience with Superior Plumbing was a little up and down, due to an unforeseen cancellation by the plumber on Sunday. when I called to ask why the plumber hadn't arrived, Barrick (I am not sure how to spell his name, sorry) very kindly and calmly helped me through my frustrations and ultimately got me the help I needed. Please give Barrick a raise - he is EXTREMELY great at his job. the plumbers today, Doug and Razeq, were fantastic - they helped connect me to the manager immediately to help with my confusion, and fixed my problem in roughly an hour and a half. Doug and Razeq you are AMAZING- Kind, efficient and speedy! I truly appreciate all of the help I received from everyone at this company, including Tyler who came to diagnose the problem originally. from the bottom of my heart, thank you Barrick, Tyler, Doug, Razeq and George at Superior Plumbing.

George was dispatched to look at issue with tankless gas water heater and went above and beyond resolving the issue quicky and efficiently as well as providing valuable advice and recommendations. a month agoThe team, Razeq and Doug did a good job with our bathroom vanity. However as per prior agreement, they failed to take the old vanity with them. I tried reaching out to the company and asked for the manager. I was told manager will call ASAP, but no one called. Please do some research before asking hiring this company.

2 months agoI've been having issue with the water pressure throughout my house for few months and it only getting worse that's why I decided to call superior plumbing and they sent Ian to do the inspection. 10minutes in, he already figure out what causes the issue, turns out its my water softener due to age. Even explained why it was affecting the pressue and what will happen next if left unresolved. Will definitely recommend
