We had three plumbing jobs completed this week: two faucet replacements and a leaky drain replacement under a sink. Geoff at Watermark was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and Sarah followed up with comprehensive answers, excellent suggestions, and timely responses. Had an issue that needed to be addressed urgently and called Watermark based on their good reputation and was glad I did. They had a guy over quickly who knew exactly what he was doing and then even offered to do a walkthrough of my place to assess and give me suggestions on the condition of my plumbing in other areas of the house. Plumbing is not something you want to cheap out on so I felt good about the quality of work these guys did.

We had a sump pump replaced and a back-up battery installed. Booking with Geoff was easy and efficient, and Jeremy arrived within the agreed upon window. The work was completed efficiently, and if not for the new battery, everything was so tidy we wouldn’t have known he was there!
