After discovering a leak in our kitchen and the fact that we couldn’t shut off the main water source within our 25+ year old house because the valve was stuck, I reached out to Vaillancourt Plumbing and spoke with Krystal who was outstanding! She coordinated with the Region of Durham to have them shut off the water supply to the house, only to find out that the Region needed to replace the valve located in our driveway also. All was resolved, and Trevor from Vaillancourt Plumbing was awesome as well! I highly recommend Vaillancourt Plumbing if you’re ever in need of plumbing services!

OUTSTANDING! Let's start with the initial call. Friendly individual asking helpful questions to determine the extent of work required. Then Alex showed up early after calling to ask if it was OK to come early - very thoughtful. Alex was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the source of the issue as to just fixing the problem. My piping system under the sink wasn't installed to optimize flow and was pitting a drain on the connections, which resulted in the joints separating, and the equipment used wasn't what a licensed plumber would use. He explained what he'd like to do to ensure the system would function effectively for years to come. He also fixed the constant clogging I was experiencing (not why I called him) by suggesting removing the angled pipes and the vent. The work took 90 Mins, and every minute was put to good use. He cleaned up the area after he was done and put everything back into place. I am so happy! I have more space under my sink now, no more clogs (this became a weekly occurrence because of the elbows in the piping, and the drain isn't seperated from the pipe which had caused an unknown massive water leak that flowed into the basement. These folks are rated 5 stars for a reason. Alex is young and had the grace and professionalism of men many times his senior. Its nice to see young people caring about their work and being highly knowledgeable and professional. Trust this company and ask for Alex!

Wow , what else can I say? Crystal my initial contact was very helpful and explained how the main water supply valve would be replaced and answered my questions. That gave me confidence in the company. Trevor our plumber was right on time, and the Durham water people arrived almost the same time.All of this arranged by Vaillancourt. Quick efficient and Professional. Do not use a " friend" to save money!

Most recently, I called them for an issue and was initially told they were fully booked for the next week. To my surprise, I received a follow-up call the very next day letting me know that someone was available to come by and take care of the problem. The plumber who arrived was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. It’s clear that Vaillancourt Plumbing values their customers and does their best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. I have used Vaillancourt multiple times, and have never been less than completely satisfied. This last time was an emergency job, and even though they were fully booked, their office staff made some calls and thankfully another client was kind enough to allow them to delay service to squeeze us in. The plumber was friendly and tidy and very efficient. Highly recommend!
