I'm super happy with Premier Plumbing. Alan was very responsive with me via email as we went back and forth for over a week discussing the best course of action for my major plumbing issue. Alex was the utmost professional when conducting all the repairs, and gave me confidence with how he answered all my questions along the way. The challenge was to find the hidden water supply and drainage connections for my dishwasher (to stop a leak and disconnect) without doing too much damage to drywall and kitchen cabinetry, and then redo all the dishwasher plumbing properly so that it synced up with my kitchen sink plumbing...and Alex did a great job. The pricing seemed fair for all the labor involved, but to be honest I had no point of comparison because Premier Plumbing was the only company I reached out to (out of 12) that even expressed interest in doing this challenging job. Thank you very much Alan & Alex! A weight has been lifted off my chest.

Premier Plumbing was hired to be involved in my master bathroom renovation and they did a fabulous job! The first team of 3-4 plumbers replaced the copper pipes to PVC, which looked less bulky and tidy. They also relocated the drains of the shower and bathtub based on my contractors drawings of shower and tub placements. They installed the 3-way diverter shower valve and redid the plumbing of the vanity sink. The second team of 2 plumbers retuned on another day and installed the shower set (ceiling rainfall shower head, handheld shower head and bar, and spout), freestanding bathtub and faucet, toilet, vanity and faucet. They also hooked up the plumbing to the vanity sink and faucet. The plumbers from Premier Plumbing were professional and courteous, and did a great job. However, the missing star is due to their pricing and the lack of informing me of the estimated cost so I can make an informed decision. The choice of consenting or rejecting or make changes to the project to meet my budget. When I received the invoice following the job, I was shocked. Overall, I am happy with the work they did and would recommend them to friends and family, but I would warn them to ask for the estimate fee before going ahead of the job.

Premier Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for us. Alan was very knowledgeable and helped us chose a model. The install was clean and to code, and the team was friendly and communicated everything clearly to us. The total cost of the install was great value for all the work done (and came in at the original price we were quoted). Very happy with Premier Plumbing and would highly recommend.

We called for help as our kitchen drain had clogged. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment and Bruce from Premier Plumping came to the rescue. He was really friendly and helpful and got it working quickly. There were also some parts that had to be changed and he left everything looking clean and new. Alan was also really easy to communicate with through email, and the cost was very reasonable.
