We had to replace a main drain pipe in our basement and we have a work done with new canadian drain company in the beginning we were a little worried about the price but after we saw all the work done by the guys we find it fair. it took 2 days to complete the job and when they finish they leave everything very clean that what the reason I leave this comment . They leave everything very clean even do I know contractors can be very messy . A special thanks to Myhailo Andriy ,Esteban ,Tony keep the good work!

On Sunday night my plumbing backed up because of tree roots and I called around to local plumbers. New Canadian answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Danny came out and did a camera inspection and determined that some major work needed to be done to permanently resolve the problem. I was dealing with alot in my personal life that limited me but he was very patient at explaining the situation and how urgent it was in a way that was easy to understand then he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and that their 20 year warranty was good. I was very pleased with how professional, organized and efficient they were. They communicated with me throughout the process too. Space was very limited but they somehow managed to get it done. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They stood by their word and made sure the job was done right! Thank you so much!

With all the positive reviews, I felt quite confident about having New Canadian Drain and Plumbing provide a quote for the work I needed done. However, I ended up being very disappointed. The quote was 2 to 3 times more than any other company quoted (and they were reputable, well reviewed companies). When I thanked the plumber for the quote and said I would not be having the work done that day as I needed to think about the quote, he started asking what I wanted to pay and trying to negotiate the price. To me this is not a professional way to do business. The company I did have complete the work, provided an accurate and well explained quote. The broke out the cost by labour and parts. Luckily, I was extremely happy with the work carried out by Watermark (the company I chose), so will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. Sorry New Canadian, I wanted to like you but you let me down.

My basement drains backed up when there was a big storm in August. I wanted to install a Backwater Valve. So I called the New Canadian Drain And Plumbing last Tuesday. The office worker Spethanie was very nice and she arranged a free estimation very quickly. The field manager - plumber Shandon arrived at my home on time. He immediately found the drain was filled of soil when he had a look into the drain. He explained where was the problem and provided a list of the detailed procedures to fix the issue. Then Shandon and his team members Lybomur, Taras, Sachko and Ivan came to repair drain after next day. All of them were very dedicated to their job . They worked non stop from morning to evening (had very late lunch at 3:00pm) and completed their work in two and a half days. Volodymyr came on Sunday and did a beautiful job that connected the water drip pipes to main water. They were not only hard working, professional, but also very carefully, friendly, patiently. They were working so efficiently and did a amazing job. I very much appreciate for all their efforts to repair the drain. Also I am happy that company is taking care of the city inspection and paperwork to get a refund for the backup valves. Definitely I highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing!

We had a major leak coming into our kitchen and we called New Canadian Plumbing. Tony showed up later that morning and was able to diagnose the issue incredibly quickly and found a great solution that enabled us to stop the issue inexpensively. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to create more work than necessary and ultimately looked to save us money and find the right solution. Thank you Tony, we would definitely call New Canadian for any plumbing issues we have down the line!
