Fixture Installation & Repair in Toronto

Everyone at Waterworks were very professional, from reception to actual work to follow up. I was able to get a plumber out very quickly to deal with my garbage disposal; reception kept in contact to make sure they arrived on time. I was offered various options and told the total price for each. We ended up replacing the unit, which was easy since they had already brought a replacement so I didn't need to wait for a second appointment. The work was thorough - they even fixed a wonky pipe the previous plumber had installed, at no extra charge. While a bit steeper than I had anticipated (what isn't, these days?), the final price seemed fair. Will use them again (though I hope we won't need too).

I contacted Waterworks to install a new faucet in the main bathroom. Alija was punctual, used the shoe protectors not to leave marks on the floor, very knowledgeable and patient as he explained that the faucet that I bought was the incorrect one due to a difference in size from the faucet vs the holes in the sink. I would highly recommend both the company and Alija for your plumbing works.

10/10 - Highly Recommend! Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job installing the instant hot water tap next to my sink faucet. He even had a specialized drill to cut through my marble without any cracking, which I greatly appreciated. The installation was flawless! Rapinder was equally fantastic, organizing everything and providing timely updates throughout the process. She made everything seamless.
