Fixture Installation & Repair – Greater Toronto Area

We had a back up of our sewer drain in the basement, I called Drain Rescue and Roman was there within 2 hours of my call. He did a diagnostic with a camera, showed me what the problem was and thoroughly explained what was needed to fix the issue. Jacob and Micah were the technicians that came to resolve the problem. Both were very professional and pleasant to deal with, I was explained what would be happening before they started working and the job was done very efficiently and with much care. My overall experience with Drain Rescue was excellent from beginning till end, all involved handled the job with care and professionalism and I would highly recommend their services! Drain Rescue came on Sunday to fix the drain in my parents home. They were very professional and did a great job. They were very considerate of my parents home and took great care to protect the carpet and the rec room. They cleaned up the mess and we were very pleased with the service. Thank you for your help.

Michael came quickly and rectified the situation. Service was good however it would have been nice if they provided a slight clean up of the area for the cost paid. In comparison I have used Roto rooter for similar cost and they cleaned up area of the sewage back up.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company. The plumber could not find the leak, he made a lot of damage to my walls. See attached pics. The cuts were huge and beyond sloppy. I ended up finding the leak after asking a couple simple questions. He did not use any available technology for leak detection, he only used his dry wall "saw" and a flashlight. Incompetence at its finest!!

Michael came in within two hours of us reaching out and was able to unclog the drain very quickly and efficiently. This saved us from so much hassle and was super quick and easy. 5/5, thank you!
