Ian from Advanced Plumbing & Drains came today to fix a drain issue with our main bathroom sink. His service was incredibly friendly, professional and the process of booking the appointment was fast, easy and all happened within a couple of days. Highly recommend Advanced Plumbing & Drains if you need a plumber! I'll also add the company's communications were excellent (appointment reminders, notice of when they're on their way, follow up, etc).

They completed a lot of complicated work for us during our basement renovation and were incredibly attentive, detail oriented and followed up with me following completing their work to ensure everything was done that we needed. They even gave me advice on fixture finishes and little details to think about to make sure my design vision came to life! Would recommend them 100%.

One of their technicians, Michael Harman, arrived this morning, on time, to fix a leak problem with my shower - replaced the cartridge and the temperature control mechanism, and explained the situation to me as he did the work - his attention to detail was much appreciated. I received timely notifications via text and email on the appointment and his arrival time. Very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company!

George came to resolve a drain issue for me. His knowledge and professionalism were extremely impressive. He was very patient in answering the many questions I had, and quickly found the source of the problem. If I should have future plumbing issues, I would not hesitate to call Advanced Plumbing again.
