Since I met Cameron, and he's installed various plumbing fixtures over the years, I have always requested him because he is very personable, accommodating and an excellent plumber. Great Service! I have used them before and this time was just as good! They were great commicators, arrived as promised (which was quick), assessed the problem quickly and fixed the problem at a fair price. I called Black Forest about a sump pump issue that I needed resolved ASAP as the water was spilling back against the house as a result of a cracked flex hose coming out the wall. Thankfully Black Forest was able to schedule someone first thing the following day as the forecast called for heavy rain and we were concerned with water leaking into the basement. Cameron arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a detailed summary of the work that needed to be done along with a quote. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable and got to work replacing the flex hose with a solid pipe. Once the work was done, he showed me the finished product, and provided additional guidance on re-grading that side of the house so that water naturally flowed away from the house as a general best practice which was super helpful. He even took the time to provide guidance to the Culligan Water Reverse Osmosis installer who was struggling with one of the connectors. All in all, my experience with Black Forest was top notch, made even better by the care and attention demonstrated by Cameron

This is our second time using Black Forest Plumbing. It was a late night call, we had Isaac W. come in to service our leaking ceiling due a leak from the tub. Isaac was friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a solution. We are incredibly happy with the service he provided. Would recommend Black Forest plumbing!! We had Nick return to complete a repair on our leak and he was awesome to work with. He was willing to try different options before resorting to more complex fixes. Nick worked efficiently and had a positive attitude. He helped us fix our leak, which was causing us lots of headache.

I had a water leak in the basement of my house on the weekend in the evening. I ended up calling many plumbers who had advertised on their websites for 24/7 services. However, all of them told me that they will be able to come only in the morning the following day. Luckily I phoned Black Forest Plumbing and their technician came within 2 hours, inspected the leak and within 15 minutes was able to locate the leak. His name is Isaac. Very polite and gave me the solution so that I could resolve it myself. The charge was nominal. Excellent work and suggestion! I will remember this company next time when I need some repair or advice. Thank you!
