We've had Preferred Plumbing do work quite a few times over the years, and they always do an excellent job!! Very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this business! I want to tell you that after having various workers/tradesmen in our house for the past few months, I am so appreciative of the superb clean-up job you and your guys do after any work done! You always leave the area spotless and it is really amazing to see! (Obviously no one else does and I am so frustrated with the mess...)

The technicians were professional, efficient, and friendly, completing the work with great attention to detail. They carefully protected the surrounding property, cleaned up thoroughly, and restored everything to its original place after the installation. Their punctuality and ability to complete the job within the planned timeframe were also commendable. I highly recommend their service to my friends and neighbors.

I would highly recommend Preferred Plumbing for any plumbing repairs! We have a sophisticated plumbing system for our shower that is approximately 20 years old (we just moved in a year ago) and had a leaky shower head and we were told by other plumbing contractors that we would near to remove all of the tiling to fix the problem. Based on exceptional reviews I called and Katie was very helpful and reassuring and a time was set up within days of my call. Raphie arrived on time and is extremely professional and knowledgeable and provided us with options for the replacement parts and the scope of work/repairs. The work was done to satisfaction. But still recovering from the exorbitant fee we signed for without seeking a second quote,! Entirely our mistake as aging Seniors 80+, one of whom is under medication for extreme anxiety. Hence the poor judgement and decision making! Be that as it may, we take comfort and are grateful that the CEO, no less, was present along with another licensed plumber and a young helper to finish the task the same day. On principle, and in practice, we have never grudged paying for services rendered by the various trades we have had to use, mindful that these are one time costs that we need to endure cheerfully, from time to time. After all, businesses have overheads and we hope their employees are compensated with the same generosity. So in that spirit of goodwill, I would recommend Preferred Plumbing.
