2 weeks agoUpdated review for March 31, 2025: I had the annual systems check today Nd at the same time, I asked the technician, Aaron, to do a job that I held off from doing the previous job. I could tell he was very passionate about what he does, the way he explains everything and answered all my questions with no added pressure. He kept me up to date on the progress and what he (and his colleague, who I assume was shadowing him) would be doing next until the job was complete. It was a pleasure having him do the job today. Updated review for November 29, 2024: I contacted Priority Plumbing again to fix another issue. Cole was assigned to my job and was very professional and appreciated his honesty. I decided to get something else fixed once he finished with the initial job, and he came across a major issue that we didn't notice before. The faucet was leaking, and with his best efforts he was unable to fix it with just replacing the washer. He installed the same tap and included complementary valves for the sink. Thanks again Cole! Original review from November 2023: My family has used Priority Plumbing before and had to use them again for another issue. Ouweis was the technician and he did such a great job with everything that I requested to have him come look at my issue. I was able to book an appointment with him the day after I called as he was booked the day of the call. He went through all the potentially concerning issues and gave my several quotes with no pressure to go with the most expensive option. In the end I did go with the more expensive option to fix all the concerns. He did a very thorough job explaining and checking in with me with what he was doing, as well as testing everything before he left to ensure there were no issues.i didn't take pictures of all the work that he did, but I included pictures of my kitchen's old brass pipes and the new plastic ones. While I have not used other plumbers before, I feel like the services seem expensive, but you are paying for the quality of work and I still highly recommend Priority Plumbing. If you're able to request Ouweis, he's the guy to take care of all of your plumbing needs! I will be requesting him in the future if I happen to have anymore issues.

2 months agoMr. Brian Lynn came at the scheduled time. He inspected the locations of the leak and opened a hole in the ceiling (photo) for further inspection visually and with a camera. This suggested that the water came from the drain of the washroom sink. Mr. Lynn then opened another hole on the drywall and replaced the sink drain pipe (photo). The job took 4 to 5 hours, and was done with much care to minimize dust and debris, and was followed by a thorough vacuuming of the areas .

2 months agoWe had a great experience with Priority Plumbing and Drains. Kyle was our technician and I cannot say enough better things about the service he provided. He was thorough, honest and knowledgeable about the things we needed done to our condo unit. He was able to complete the work quickly after the inspection. It was nice getting updates on arrival as well so I could schedule my day accordingly. Highly recommend!

a month agoAdrian, who literally did the heavy lifting on this job (replacing about eight feet of a cracked cast-iron central stack) did an excellent job, taking particular care that the house water not be off and the upstairs sinks off limits for any longer that absolutely necessary. I have to say that the work wasn’t cheap, but it appears to have been expertly done.
