Ian from Advanced Plumbing & Drains came today to fix a drain issue with our main bathroom sink. His service was incredibly friendly, professional and the process of booking the appointment was fast, easy and all happened within a couple of days. Highly recommend Advanced Plumbing & Drains if you need a plumber! I'll also add the company's communications were excellent (appointment reminders, notice of when they're on their way, follow up, etc).

They completed a lot of complicated work for us during our basement renovation and were incredibly attentive, detail oriented and followed up with me following completing their work to ensure everything was done that we needed. They even gave me advice on fixture finishes and little details to think about to make sure my design vision came to life! Would recommend them 100%.

I called Advanced Plumbing for a toilet replacement. A friend had referred them and I wanted to try someone new after feeling a bit taken advantage of by another firm. It was a great experience! George came for a consultation as scheduled and he provided a quote with two options by the end of the day. I called the next morning and was able to book an appointment for the replacement the next business day. Again, the technician arrived when expected and they sent notifications (with pictures) when they were on the way. The toilet was installed successfully and has worked fine for the past few days. Laz informed me of a potential issue while the work was underway. All staff I encountered were friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.
