I had reached out to 2 bro's when my shower valve ruptured and I had a flood in my basement. Celeste answered and came immediately after I had to shut off the water to my house to help me shut off the water at the valve directly so I can carry on with water in my house. He was professional, helpful, and accommodating. Very pleasant to work with. He helped me after by replacing my 2 way shower valve and did not leave until I was happy with the work. He is definatley someone who stands behind his work. I would recommend these guys!

I had some repair jobs required in my house so I hired 2 Bros Plumbing after requesting recommendations from a Whitby Residents Group. I wasn’t disappointed when I reached out to Celeste for help! He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable!! Everything was done in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. In future, I will definitely use them again - work was done professionally, in a most friendly manner and to my satisfaction. What else can you ask for. Celeste takes the stress from you and puts that to bed. Kudos to an A+ company!!!!!!

Celeste was very helpful in fixing my shower tap that wasn't turning off. He responded quickly and drove over in no time at all. He laid out what he was going to do and told me about ways I can save on the cost if I wanted to. Would recommend and will be calling again in the future

I contacted 2 Bro's Plumbing on Wednesday to clear my clogged toilet. They (Celeste) immediately called me back and suggested they may be able to fit me in their busy schedule the next day in the afternoon and encouraged me to contact them then if I still needed service. Celeste was very friendly and professional...down-to-earth...and accommodating on the call. I had gone ahead and booked another plumber for service on Wed. evening, and; unfortunately, the plumber did not show, so I immediately contacted 2 Bro's Plumbing Thursday morning in desperation for service. Once again, Celeste immediately called me back and took the time to listen to my crisis & showed so much compassion & empathy towards me & my situation. Celeste acted quickly to lend a helping hand & resolve my issue. His soft & friendly words & the accommodations he was willing to provide were way above any service or experience I have ever had with any business before. Celeste was at my house within 10 minutes of the call & the toilet was fixed within minutes. Celeste went way over & above and was more concerned about my well-being than making a💲. Celeste even offered invaluable professional info. on my tenant rights. Celeste provided amazing service, he was there when I needed him and I am so grateful to him & 2 Bro's Plumbing. I wholeheartedly recommend 2 Bro's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will only use 2 Bro's Plumbing from now on. I hope you do also.
